The AU RCBO 32A DP 240V AC 10kA 100mA C Curve is a compact protection device that integrates the functions of an MCB & an RCCB into a single unit. It ensures protection against overload, short circuit, & earth leakage faults in electrical circuits.
With a 32A current rating, this RCBO is suitable for medium to high load applications such as power outlets, heavy appliances, & equipment circuits. The 100mA sensitivity is typically used for equipment protection & fire prevention in systems where higher leakage thresholds are acceptable.
How the RCBO Works
This RCBO operates as a combined protection system:
• Detects overload & short circuit conditions similar to an MCB
• Detects earth leakage currents similar to an RCCB
• Automatically trips when abnormal conditions are detected
• Disconnects both live & neutral through double pole operation
